Our client is seeking a Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal, serving as the primary liaison to high-revenue practice and industry groups critical to the firm's success.


As the Senior Manager, you will collaborate closely with practice and industry leaders to develop, lead, and execute clear strategies and business plans aligned with the firm's overall goals. Your responsibilities will include consulting with these leaders to develop and execute marketing and client development plans. You'll also play a key role in leading and contributing to practice and industry group meetings and planning sessions.


In addition, you will be responsible for managing RFPs, pitches, and other business development projects, ensuring a coordinated and sustained level of marketing and business development activity. You will oversee the development and refinement of processes and procedures related to the business development infrastructure and advise on the business development and marketing budget for the practice.


The ideal candidate should have experience as a business development manager in a law firm or professional services organisation and strong understanding of Corporate, M&A, Private Equity or other transactional areas. You should have excellent communications skills, stakeholder management and an ability to write, prioritise, problem solve and collaborate with others.
