Iconic Resourcing HR are proud to be partnering with our professional service client based in Glasgow who are seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join their growing L&D team. You will be joining a curious, empowering and ambitious organisation. The role will involve designing and delivering a range of soft skills and leadership programmes, delivered face to face and virtually.


Day to day you will be:


  • Designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes, both face to face and virtually
  • Hosting learning sessions on away days
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Deliver individual and team coaching
  • Advocating personal, professional and purpose growth


You will have:


  • Strong background in designing and delivering L&D sessions both virtually and in person
  • Experience in a professional service setting
  • Confidence in dealing with stakeholders across the business
  • The ability to communicate effectively
