They're undergoing an organisational and cultural change, and part of this is restructuring internal processes while also delivering projects to their corporate clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of Customer Success projects, including high-profile implementation projects for tier-1 banks as well as strategic internal initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to deliver projects that align with both client goals and the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Customer Success projects, with a focus on large-scale implementations for tier-1 banks and key internal projects.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all deadlines, milestones, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Engagement: Ensure that our solutions and processes consistently deliver exceptional value to our clients, driving high levels of satisfaction, particularly within the banking sector.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data, metrics, and insights to strengthen the Customer Success function and optimize project outcomes.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing and delivering enterprise-level projects, ideally within the FinTech or financial services sector.
  • Certifications: Prince 2, Prince 2 Agile, or an equivalent project management certification.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, progress, and outcomes to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Problem Solving: Strong agile thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of addressing complex challenges efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, particularly within tier-1 banks, and internal stakeholders.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently with sound judgment on when to escalate project-related issues.
