Quinn London was founded in 2000 by our Chairman, Seamus Quinn, and has excelled to become one of the leading Main Contractors in London.


Our Business Plan is simple and based around repeat business for a core base of strategic clients, namely within the Public Sector and serving commercial fit out, social housing, education, heritage, public buildings, healthcare, retail, residential and leisure Clients.


We deliver planned repairs and maintenance (not new build) in various forms, including but not limited to void or occupied dwelling refurbishments, FRA, cyclical decorations, retrofit and restoration of Heritage or Conservation assets.


Thanks to continued solid performance we adapt to align with emerging markets and over recent years we have carefully expanded our operations without over-leveraging our resources. This has allowed us to organically build up skill and equity in our business, and be more competitive in the current market conditions.


As a result and linking back to our Business Plan, we offer our clients certainty and reliability when dealing with us – a reputation which is invaluable. In fact, over 50% of our business is derived from repeat custom – a direct result of our clients experiencing high quality of service on our projects.


The Bid Writer will take ownership of technical submittals (selection questionnaires and written tender responses) and examine our proposition in each, looking to challenge the business units and drive our operational teams to offer more, and better, as part of our submissions.


This will come to form an important part of a bigger initiative to look at uplifting our designs, copy-writing, management techniques and relationships with all parts of the business. Working closely with the Bid Manager (Head Of) and all other parts of the team, the candidate will be an enthusiastic and tenacious character who wants to be part of a developing and growing team.


You will be prepared to contribute to new initiatives and be adaptable to the shifting requirements of a business, dealing with very different needs across its component parts.
