Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with company goals and resonates with the target audience.
- D2C Work: Drive direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives, optimising the customer journey and enhancing the online shopping experience.
- Campaigns and Launches: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact across all channels.
- Wholesale and Retail: Collaborate with wholesale and retail partners to develop and implement marketing strategies that boost product visibility and sales.
- PR - Assets, Sampling, Influencer Gifting: Manage public relations efforts, including the creation of marketing assets, product sampling, and influencer gifting programs to increase brand exposure.
- Social Engagement and Growth: Oversee social media strategies to enhance brand engagement, grow the online presence, and interact with the community effectively.
- Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and establish collaborations and partnerships that align with the brand values and expand market reach.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
