Senior IFA Administrator (Home-Based but required to be within the Bristol area)

We are seeking a home-based Senior IFA Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our vision and develop these technological solutions.

Required Experience:
- At least two years previous experience as an administrator for a financial advice firm with a good understanding of various financial products
Desirable Experience:
- Previous use of Intelligent Office
- Understanding of the Transact and abrdn Wrap platforms (useful but not essential)
Responsibilities:
- Implement actions agreed with clients, including:
- Re-aligning investment portfolios
- Managing cash positions
- Implementing contributions, withdrawals, and transfers. Ensure successful completion of actions across numerous clients and confirm completion to clients
- Update the company’s client relationship management software to reflect changes
- Send Letters of Authority to providers, chase down required information, and collate it for analysis
- Handle client, adviser, and provider correspondence via telephone, email, and letter promptly
- Perform general administrative tasks as part of the team
- Work with the team to develop and test new technological solutions to improve service delivery
Working Hours:
- Core hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch
- Flexible hours considered
- You will be required to attend monthly team meetings and induction training which will last at least 3 months to be held in Thornbury, Bristol
Benefits:

- Salary dependent on experience range is £33,000 to £40,000
