On behalf of our confidential client in the financial services sector, we are recruiting for a Facilities Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:

  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure a professional workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure to maintain operational efficiency.

Health and Safety:

  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide guidance and basic training on health and safety best practices.

Reception Duties:

  • Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and deliveries efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.

Security:

  • Monitor access to the premises to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
  • Assist in implementing basic security measures and reporting any incidents.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, office coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations (certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently.
