We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join the HR team at Caprice Holdings, a leader in luxury dining and hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the HR department across our renowned restaurant portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:



  • To provide advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of HR matters, referring to HR matters when required.
  • To assist with Grievance and Disciplinary process by collecting evidence, supporting with minute taking and chairing investigations when required.
  • To support with queries and advice in relation to Maternity/Paternity and Employee Absence ensuring that records are always updated and accurate
  • To support with induction including HR presentation when required
  • To ensure that Job Descriptions are available for all roles and are accurate
  • To support with internal communications and running of employee events
  • To support with exit interviews to understand employees reasons for leaving
  • Assisting with employee benefits including reporting, research and supporting with employee queries


Requirements


Essential

  • Experience of working in a hr role previously, preferably within the hospitality environment


Desirable

Preferably part or fully CIPD qualified (Level 3 or 5)
