Who we are:

As D&D Londons first hotel, South Place Hotel is quite rightly something special: boutique, luxurious and fresh faced. Described by Wallpaper magazine as Miami via Moorgate, the hotel has 80 guest rooms, Michelin starred Angler restaurant as well as 3SP restaurant and five bars. With an array of meeting and event spaces as well as the stunning Secret Garden and rooftop terraceoverlooking the Capital.


Perched at the top of South Place Hotel, Angler is a Michelin-starred restaurant with a beautifulrooftop terrace, showcasing sustainable seafood from British waters. Executive Chef, Gary Foulkespicture-perfect plates and the extensive wine lists have established Angler as a destination diningexperience. Although known for sensational seafood, vegetarians and carnivores are also wellcatered for with the best seasonal and local produce.

A bit about what you will be doing:

We're looking for a passionate and guest-centric Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering unparalleled dining experiences. In this role, your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of service and guaranteeing guest satisfaction. We're seeking a candidate with warmth and charm, adept at building lasting relationships with both guests and team members alike. While contributing to the restaurant's success and strategy from a floor level, you'll also have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
