Renowned for pushing boundaries in digital media, the company is committed to delivering top-tier content and solutions to its audience. As part of their expansion in the EMEA region, they are seeking a Vice President of Business Development based in London to drive growth and strategic initiatives.

Position Overview:

The Vice President of Business Development will lead business expansion efforts in the EU region. Reporting to the Global Head of Business Development. This role is mainly focus on developing Real Estate clients, pivotal in driving partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing revenue streams. This VP will lead a team, cultivate high-level client relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth vision. A strong entrepreneurial spirit is essential to succeed in this role, as the VP will be expected to bring innovative ideas, adapt quickly to changing market dynamics, and take ownership of the company’s ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships and Growth: Identify and secure high-impact partnerships and alliances to increase market share and revenue in the digital media landscape.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company's footprint across the EU region.
  • Market Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities; develop strategies based on insights.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of business development professionals to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, finance, and executive teams to align business goals and drive successful execution.
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership: Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset by bringing innovative approaches, quickly adapting to market changes, and proactively identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Robust network of contacts across the commercial and residential real estate development landscape. 10+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding into new markets.
  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
  • Leadership: Experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Highly motivated, proactive, and innovative, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess market trends and evaluate ROI on new business initiatives.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company at industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media, advertising technology, content distribution, and market dynamics would be a plus.
  • Experience with NASDAQ-listed companies or publicly traded environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, content marketing, or technology-driven media solutions.
