Position Overview: The Sales Specialist for Air Quality Systems reports to the Director of Strategic Client Acquisition and collaborates with the Sales team to win and retain air quality and technology clients. This client-facing, quota-bearing role requires a client-centric individual who can adapt solutions to suit client business needs. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing solution requirements and upgrades, and negotiating commercial terms both in the UK and abroad.
Key Responsibilities, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities for air quality technology solutions.
- Work independently to generate new business opportunities with new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert technical and commercial support.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and position solutions effectively.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for account growth and new business opportunities.
- Support the Bids and Sales teams in producing high-quality sales submissions, tenders, and proposals.
- Monitor and manage sales opportunities through the sales process, providing accurate forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and assist with the production of reports.
- Stay informed about political, legislative, and technological trends in the industry.

- Strong technical and commercial understanding of air quality solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Understanding of procurement processes and how to influence buying criteria.
