An excellent opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Data Product Owner to join a major data transformation programme within one of the UK's leading consumer brands.

Reporting into the Lead Product Manager, the Data Product Owner will take full ownership of a number of cutting edge data focused products, including a brand new data platform and other tools to deliver increased business capabilities and performance.

Working in a rapidly growing data function, the Data Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritising product features to maximise value for users and the business.

Data Product Owner - Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a dedicated product owner or product manager role in technology or data
  • Experience working closely with data teams, such as data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists
  • Comfortable working in medium to large scale, fast moving organisations
  • Working to Agile / Scrum / Scaled Agile frameworks
  • Taking ownership of backlogs, requirements, prioritisation, etc.
  • Any experience working on data products would be highly advantageous
  • Experience working in customer / consumer focused organisations would be beneficial
