As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a Finance Data Warehouse project. This role requires a strong project management background, particularly in Agile methodologies, and the ability to work effectively with highly skilled finance business stakeholders. Experience with Intrafin Systems, specifically versions 15 and 16, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Finance Data Warehouse project, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with finance business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Utilise Agile project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
- Oversee the integration and implementation of Intrafin Systems (v15 and v16) within the project, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and external vendors, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of effectively working with senior finance business stakeholders.
- Experience with Data Warehouse projects, particularly in a finance context.
- Knowledge of Intrafin Systems (v15 and v16) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with regular presence required in the Victoria office.
