Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Finance Data Warehouse project, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with finance business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Utilise Agile project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
  • Oversee the integration and implementation of Intrafin Systems (v15 and v16) within the project, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and external vendors, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the finance sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of effectively working with senior finance business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Data Warehouse projects, particularly in a finance context.
  • Knowledge of Intrafin Systems (v15 and v16) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with regular presence required in the Victoria office.
