Key 6-month Deliverables


  • Own and deliver at least two strategic projects that enable the rapid scaling of the business.
  • Support the setup of global operations functions; design end-to-end processes, manage and onboard partners.
  • Support the development of a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan outlining key growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Establish a robust process for tracking and reporting on strategic and operational project initiatives
  • Support the CEO in preparation for key meetings with institutional investors, investors/clients,ensuring all materials and data are meticulously prepared


Key Responsibilities


Strategic and Operational Planning:

  • Develop and drive the company’s long-term strategic plan in collaboration with the executive team
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic and
  • operational decisions
  • Lead cross-functional strategic and operational projects to ensure alignment with the company’s goals

Project Management and Execution:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and key liaison to the CEO, providing support on a wide range of strategic and operational project
  • Oversee the execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Coordinate and lead executive meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on action items

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board
  • members, investors, and key partners
  • Prepare and present strategic updates and reports to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders

Decision Support and Analysis:

  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company’s performance and progress against strategic and operational goals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting from McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, with at least 12-18 months in a post-consulting executive role. Financial Services experience, ideally Asset Management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic and operational projects
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a strong focus on outcomes and delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
