Our global team of 160+ consultants each specialise in a niche vertical of the drug development process, ensuring clients are provided with rare candidates unseen elsewhere. The company has had its most successful 18 month ever, leading to the multiple breaking of both individual and company records. As the life science market expands, so do we.
We’re looking for a confident biller who’s ready to make the step-up to big vacancies and even bigger fees: our average deal value sits at £26,000. This leads to regular billing months of £150k+, and annual earnings of £150k+ for top performers.

- Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
