Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for industrial clients, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the Industrial sector.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
- Proactively source new business opportunities within the industrial market.
- Ensure timely placements and a high level of client and candidate satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with market trends and developments in the Industrial sector.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a focus on the Industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of the Industrial job market and trends.
