Job Role

They are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on developing and implementing algorithms that drive our innovative medical products. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and healthcare professionals to create impactful solutions that address complex medical challenges.


Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI and ML models for medical applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate AI solutions into our products.

Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and relevance.

Conduct research to identify new algorithms and techniques that can be applied to our projects.

Optimize and refine existing models to improve performance and accuracy.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all AI/ML processes and models.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and healthcare technology.

Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Support the deployment and maintenance of AI models in a production environment.

Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Prerequisites:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
