The Company:

Are you an expert in Machine Learning?


We are on the lookout for a Machine Learning Engineer to join an ambitious team in Dublin.

The objective of this company is to grow even more prominent in their industry through Data scientists/Engineering and Machine Learning Ops' best practices and you will be working on Large Language Models and Deploying complex ML Models.


You will also be tasked to lead large-scale products and technically lead ML/Data professionals.



The Role:


As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer:


  • You will identify opportunities where machine learning can deliver value to customers.
  • You will collaborate on framing product problems with the right machine-learning approach.
  • You will work closely with teammates and stakeholders in Product and Design.
  • You will work on LLM models regularly (Developing/Deploying and Maintaining the models).
  • Transition algorithms from offline prototypes to production-ready solutions.
  • You will manage and improve our production ML infrastructure over time.
  • Develop new data infrastructure to support exploration and innovation.
  • Establish processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, validation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with teammates to evaluate and enhance algorithm performance.
  • Partner closely with the team and other departments to develop outstanding ML products.




YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • You need to have a MSc or PhD level in STEM subject.
  • You must have proven knowledge of the implementation of Machine Learning models/LLM Models.
  • MLOPs/DevOps experience in CI/CD.
  • Experience using Tensorflow, Kubernetes, MLFlow, Kafka, and Airflow.
  • Experience using Python is a must (tools like AWS and Spark are beneficial)
  • Excellent communication skills and team and colleague engagement.
  • Expertise in large-scale computation.
  • Experience in a research environment.
  • Experience in LLMs/(Langchain).
  • A keen interest in problem-solving and using scalable machine learning to solve the biggest data-related problems.
