Key Responsibilities:
Performance:
- Build and manage a renewal pipeline, ensuring consistent client contact.
- Take ownership of team KPIs and renewal targets.
People Management:

- Build strong client partnerships, ensuring regular and effective communication.
Process Management:

- Shape campaigns to exceed performance expectations.
