Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing team to support our expansion and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, CRM, email, paid media, website, and content.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure effective follow-through and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Implement creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and patterns quickly, and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts.
  • Manage and maintain a culturally diverse team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media, CRM, email, paid media, website, and content.
  • Experience in solicitors, legal, or professional services is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and growing a team.
  • High attention to detail, strong fact-finding skills, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Excellent follow-through on tasks and the ability to generate and implement innovative ideas efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
