We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate II to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues specific to BNYs Trade services, and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.

Supports clients in addressing complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities
Monitors client inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
Recommend process improvements.
Supports multiple, moderately complex client accounts.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services required.

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
