We seek a highly efficient and detail-oriented HR professional to join our global oil and gas client base in Sunbury for a six-month contract.
Role: People Core Specialist
Contract length: 6 months
Working model: Hybrid
This role will play a crucial part in their team, supporting thousands of employees within their retail client group. This role will focus on high-volume transactional work and deal with employee requests regarding sickness, leave, maternity, paternity, etc.
The ideal candidate should have excellent HR experience managing multiple cases within large global matrix organisations.
Duties:
- Support the delivery and processing of high-volume end-to-end HR activities and complete these tasks in the HR system.
- Collaborating and managing customer relationships and queries via our CRM system.
- Inputting information on Workday and managing cases from start to finish.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Experience within a large global matrix organisation.
- Excellent experience handling high-volume cases.
- Excellent exposure to transactional work.
- Good knowledge of policies, processes and procedures.
- Experience with Workday.
