The Company & Role:

This agency has a great reputation in the space and is renowned for its expertise in creative advertising within the pharma and MedTech sectors. As the successful candidate, you will engage in a variety of campaigns, developing innovative strategies for healthcare clients. You’d have the opportunity to work across a huge range of deliverables ranging from healthcare advertising to promotional medical education events, digital and PR So lots to get involved in.


‍ Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of creative briefs and strategic development of projects.
  • Responsible for overseeing day-to-day account operations.
  • Fosters daily client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Line management - able to coach and mentor colleagues.
  • Manage the development of projects/campaigns, developing timelines and budgets, and driving projects through the agency.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar agency role with a focus on healthcare communications.
  • Experience in healthcare advertising/healthcare marketing.
  • Possesses strong communication skills and rapport-building with clients.
  • Works independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and inquisitiveness, with a passion for creativity.
  • Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.
  • Is a team player, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production.
  • Familiarity with ABPI regulations.
  • Located commutable to Cheshire / Manchester - 3 days per week in office.
