  • Working with the Operations Support Manager and Communications Manager - Operations, you will ensure delivery is well planned to land at the right time and communication is clear.
  • Working with the Insights team, you will build a suite of reports to measure implementation, success and impact of landed projects until they are embedded
  • You will support the business through change; working across functions to develop and implement strategies to introduce and manage through change
  • Be an ambassador, both with your own team and through the Operations Forum to deliver our promises to students in all that they do: provide a place to grow and thrive, provide a place to belong, be there when you need us.
  • Share best practice and be principled in pursuit of the delivery of a world class student experience.
