Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.


Execution and Monitoring:

  • Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure project tasks are completed as planned.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment.


Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.


Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues that may impact delivery.


Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.


Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar.
