I are on the hunt for a high-energy Insurance Technology Sales Specialist who thrives on meeting clients face-to-face, building relationships, and closing deals. If you’re enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about helping clients succeed, they will want you on their team


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hit the ground running by driving sales efforts to promote my clients technology services and solutions within the insurance sector.
  • Arrange and attend regular face-to-face meetings with clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the insurance technology market.
  • Confidently present our offerings, focusing on leading platforms like Duck Creek and Guidewire, to articulate how their services can solve client challenges.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to negotiating and closing deals—while maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Stay in the know about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure a strong competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of tailored solutions.

  • Proven sales experience in the insurance technology space, particularly for a services-based organisation.
  • A track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
  • Deep familiarity with platforms like Duck Creek and Guidewire or similar technologies, as well as the broader insurance technology ecosystem.
  • Someone enthusiastic and energetic, a proactive approach, and the confidence to attend frequent in-person meetings with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to engage clients and build trust.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable balancing travel and office work.
