We are looking for an experienced Engineering Technician to join our highly successful manufacturing team, to develop high precision silicon assembly and provide onward support to manufacture.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools for testing electronic components.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturing.
  • Support in the creation of guidelines for prototyping new products.
  • Work on improving current processes and documentation, alongside the manufacturing team.
  • Create and manage production workflows based on internal diagrams and instructions.
  • Ensure that all documents are reviewed and approved through proper channels.
  • Oversee and refine the flow of information and operations to improve efficiency.
  • Help with production trials and ensure completion of necessary documentation.
  • Follow established processes for introducing new products.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in production or manufacturing settings.
  • Familiarity with developing and optimising processes for production.
  • Experience working in a project-driven manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proven outcomes.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work well in teams.
  • A high level of self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • A technical diploma or equivalent experience in a related field such as engineering or science.
