We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic manager to strengthen our UK team:


  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Management Consulting and/or the Big 4 accountancy firms
  • Strong academic background with a post-graduate degree in an analytical field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and clientsis a must
  • Responsible for growing the ESG offeringin the UK with a strongdesire to learnmore about ESG and working with the existing specialists to support our clients. Experience with the following topics will be an advantage:


  • Integration of ESG in strategy and bank steering
  • Climate Risk StressTesting
  • Calculation of emissions (PCAF)
  • Development of Decarbonization targets (SBTi / PACTA)
  • Preparation of regulatory disclosure (Pillar 3) or non-financial reporting (TCFD, ISSB)
  • Knowledge of and a practical understanding of the variousfunctions of the bank, credit risk, financial planning and reporting


  • Ideally, knowledge of currentregulatory requirements relatingto ESG (in particular, local regulations) as well as other frameworks (SDGs, TCFD, Sustainable Finance)
  • Ability to work independently and to quicklyfamiliarise with new topics
  • Ability to understand, independently structure, and deriveinnovative solutions for complex topics within short timeframes
  • Commercial awareness and ability to find and foster client relationships
  • Existing network of clients and contacts in the UK
