About Us

Join us in building Ameba, the AI-powered platform revolutionising supply chains If you’ve never considered working in supply chains before, everything around you, including the device you're reading this on, has a story of how it got there. From raw materials to the final product in your hands, that story is its supply chain.

We're a startup made up of experienced entrepreneurs (who have previously raised $160m+) and builders (formerly at Google, Microsoft, Snap, Amazon, Facebook & Palantir). We have big ambitions and are backed by the best investors in Europe, having raised over $9m since our launch just over a year ago.

Your Role as a Product Designer

  • Collaborate with our Founding Product Designer, CTO and engineering team to design, build, and launch products & features from conception to launch.
  • Create user-friendly and seamless end-to-end flows and experiences that address our customers' most pressing problems.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the direction of our product.
  • Collaborate with our customers to develop, refine, and release ideas, and gather feedback to improve the quality of our product.

Life at Ameba

We pride ourselves on providing top-of-market salaries and generous equity packages to all employees. We're assembling a lean team of exceptionally talented individuals and aim to reward them accordingly.

  • We work together onsite 5 days a week to ensure everyone is set up for success within our way of working. While we offer flexibility for working from home when needed, our priority at this early stage is to build a great in-person experience.
  • Our beautiful private office in Central London, near Spitalfields, features catering services, weekly yoga and meditation classes, a bright and colourful space filled with plants, mid-century furnishings, a roof terrace, and lots of natural light.
  • We offer unlimited holidays, ensuring you take at least 28 days per year (we'll pay you back the difference if you don't). We also shut down entirely over the holiday season for 2 weeks, allowing everyone to disconnect completely.
  • We provide maternity and paternity leave at 100% salary.

About you

  • Proficient in designing high-quality prototypes and mockups using modern design tools like Figma.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex processes into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Able to integrate user-centred design methodologies with the unique needs of B2B enterprise software.
  • Can consider the big picture while possessing a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possess a strong bias to action, enabling progress in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Resourceful and eager to explore and utilise new tools, methodologies and technologies.

Required

  • 2+ years professional Product Design experience.
  • 1+ years professional experience in enterprise B2B software, SaaS and/or Dev Tools.
