  • Oversee the closing process on LMA/LSTA par and distressed trades
  • Monitor Bond and ABS (CLO Debt/Equity) settlements
  • Support complex assets restructurings
  • Liquidity monitoring
  • Corporate action/restructure research and processing


Experience:

  • Loans experience from either buy-side or sell-side
  • Good knowledge of LMA and LSTA loan closing and documentation
  • Prior experience with distressed trades
