The Oracle IAM Support Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure. This role ensures secure and efficient access to systems and applications, adhering to compliance and security policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- IAM Administration: Manage and maintain Oracle IAM components, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Access Control: Implement and enforce access control policies to ensure secure access to financial systems and data.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Ensure IAM processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- System Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor IAM systems for security breaches and generate reports on access activities.
- User Support: Provide support and training to users on IAM processes and tools.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IAM configurations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in IAM support, preferably with Oracle IAM solutions.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle IAM tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of access control models and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in the financial sector.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards like NIST, GDPR, and SOX.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
