The role:

My client are seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team, who possesses experience within IT or Salesforce project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understand of Software as a Service, and a desire to join a fast growing business within a thriving sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Schedule regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions by facilitating training sessions and providing ongoing support.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on the IT sector (such as SaaS)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of Salesforce/CRM is a bonus
  • Agile/Prince2 Certified is highly desirable


My client is based in Bristol, and the role will require 2+ days a week in the office.
