Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Bristol, United KingdomDay Rate: £400 Per Day
Job Summary:To ensure the effective site management of all time, cost, HSEQ & handover aspects of all project works, managing all day-to-day activities of the residential works.
Responsible for management and supervision of the project. Will ensure all statutory compliance requirements are completed, and support end user or customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage the relocation project, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to services.Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project budget, track expenses, and adhere to project timelines.Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the relocation process.Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with all involved parties.Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and safety of services during and after relocation.Qualifications: CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a healthcare or facilities management context.Strong organisational and leadership skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
