Our client are a growing SME consultancy who are looking for the next important member of the senior team. The Senior/ Associate QS will take lead responsibility on projects in the South-West, whilst developing and adding to the established commercial team.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior QS to take on a position with lots of potential, the career pathway being to Director in the business (this will be discussed during interview).


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior QS working consultancy side,
  • MUST hold MRICS qualification (important for our teams growth & development going forward).
  • Experience delivering commercial (JCT) projects, any experience with NEC will also be beneficial.
  • Capable of managing a small commercial team, encouraging development and playing a key role in the teams on-going growth.
  • Ability to travel for client/ project meetings, including the opportunity to visit the head office in Guernsey (all expenses paid), and be involved with projects in Guernsey.


This position has a hybrid working arrangement, with the expectancy to be in the Bristol office 2days per week, with home working and operating a flexible diary that you will be trusted to manage appropriately.
