I am looking for an Ad Operations specialist to join a fast-growing performance team. Someone who can get involved with campaign and account management, along with digital analysis and work together within the Ad Operations team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan & create campaigns on YouTube for key clients to ensure relevance and brand suitability.
  • Deliver data-driven, strategic recommendations to optimise YouTube strategies to achieve set KPIs.
  • Post-campaign: Translate data into relevant, actionable and measurable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure trust and loyalty.
  • Work with the global sales team on global account strategies.
  • Work with the Ad Operations & Data Analytics team to ensure consistent measurement and achievement of agreed KPIs with your clients.

The ideal candidate:

  • At least 2 years of Google Ads experience and from a digital performance background.
  • Experience of running video campaigns across Youtube.
  • Google ads certification in at least one of Search, Shopping or Video
  • Experienced in managing sizeable campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel.
