Salary: £52,084+ (depending on skills and experience)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for Continuous Service Improvement relating to the support of the AIR-ERP service
  • Responsible for the maintaining and developing the AIR ERP service model and associated process documentation
  • Responsible for the co-ordination and integration of support processes across associated service suppliers
  • Providing reporting and status updates to the management team as required
  • Support cost reduction activities
  • Supporting service reviews and ensure that agreed service changes are managed through to delivery

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience in IT Support Processes and service-oriented background
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in Senior Stakeholder Management

Desirable:

  • Understanding of ITIL service model
