Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and inspire our team at our Starbucks Store in Freckleton. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, customer service, and store cleanliness
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve store objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
