This is an opportunity to lead a private equity backed SME business which specialises in R&D tax relief.


This opportunity will appeal to you if:

The key things they need are:

  • A commercial leader with a growth mindset. They need a generalist but somebody who can drive their sales strategy is the most critical need
  • A charismatic people leader who has lead a group of 50+ people
  • Somebody who is willing to become a subject matter expert within R&D tax


You will come from one of 4 backgrounds:

1) A CEO / MD of a SME business (50+ people)

2) A business unit leader (50+ people) in a larger organisation

3) A commercial CFO/COO who is ready for a leadership job

4) A commercial director / CCO from a professional services company
