Latham & Bond HR are recruiting for our client, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operational activities. This is a pivotal role, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of production, logistics, and quality processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide leadership across operational teams to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures and quality requirements.
  • Lead and monitor 5S practices and workstream improvements.
  • Oversee performance facility (TPM) and productivity improvement programs.
  • Implement and maintain SMED to minimize product changeover times.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and lead problem resolution.
  • Identify and implement business improvement opportunities.
  • Liaise with the Safety Department for process risk assessments.
  • Coordinate project management office (PMO) activities.
  • Deliver performance reviews (PDP) and support team development.
  • Communicate KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support and promote continuous improvement and employee recognition initiatives.

  • Expertise in lean manufacturing, QC tools, and process improvement.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
