Responsibilities


  • Build and nurture the brand's community by engaging with users and enthusiasts through social media, events, email and other platforms, turning them into brand advocates
  • Manage and grow the brand's presence on digital and social platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and drive sales through various channels, incl. social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
  • Lead content creation efforts for digital platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging that aligns with our brand's identity and mission
  • Implement and optimise marketing campaigns to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness, leveraging analytics to measure and report on performance
  • Bring a commercial mindset to campaign activity to drive acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Use marketing automations tools to enhance the consumer journey and maximise engagement and conversion to sale
  • Collaborate with other team members to align digital marketing strategies with the overall business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools, exploring new opportunities to grow the brand's online presence
  • Gather community feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring our offerings meet and exceed user expectations


Skills and Experience


  • Experience in community management and engagement, with the ability to foster a positive and active community around a brand or product
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, with demonstrated success in growing brand presence and engagement in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) space
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media management, email marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, and content management systems
  • An understanding of consumer segmentation to inform campaign development
  • Excellent content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with our target audience
  • Analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data to inform marketing strategies and decisions
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with community members
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement
  • You must be a self starter that can work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced start-up environment
