Sales Account Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated, innovative and energetic account manager based at our Liverpool offices with a successful track record of multiple account management and account growth to hit the ground running
Must be commercially aware with a good understanding of the signage industry from print, substrates, production through to final installation and project management.
A well organised and good communicator with the ability to prioritise and "spin multiple plates" to work indecently with the support of a great team.
Good IT skills are essential with knowledge of Clarity MIS Desirable
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond
- Handle day to day activities of the company key accounts including costings and oversee the project/installations to ensure a good working relationships
- Work with the head of Sales of Projects on contract terms such as prices, profit margins and payment terms
- Manager and grow client accounts by understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and delivering exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns and uncover additional business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development to ensure alignment and delivery of the final product
- Maintain accurate records of the sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline management.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and linked reports are sent out and filed.
- Ensure the company is meeting it's sales target each month escalating any issues to the Head of Sales and Projects where necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven record within a similar role
- Signage industry experience is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project simultaneously
- Excellent communicator, both written and spoken
- Use of Microsoft and internal communications such as Clarity job software would be advantageous.
