Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Global Stock Controller to manage and oversee our stock levels across multiple locations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our inventory is accurately maintained and that special orders and bespoke orders are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
  • Oversee stock movement across all locations, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels in all locations and coordinate with different teams to address any discrepancies.
  • Provide updates on special and bespoke orders, ensuring they are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Log and manage stock related to Hatton Garden repairs, ensuring items are correctly recorded when sent out and returned.
  • Prepare and send out items to ASSAY for hallmarking and other necessary processes.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 3 days a week, including some Saturdays (Sundays closed).
  • Ability to start immediately.
  • Proven experience in stock management or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team on-site.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, including Shopify, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
