This role will focus on performance marketing to drive our growth through strategic and data-driven social media advertising.


Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Ads Manager with a strong background in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing high-performing social media ad campaigns. This role demands a deep understanding of social media ads dynamics, including audience targeting, ad creative optimisation, and bidding strategies. The successful candidate will need to analyse and interpret complex data sets to drive informed decisions, set up and manage rigorous experiments, and continually optimise our paid social media channels to maximise ROI. A strategic approach is essential to effectively scale our advertising efforts and achieve our ambitious growth targets


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance-driven social media ad campaigns with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Ensure cohesive and effective campaign management.
  • Analyse and interpret data to drive informed decisions and optimise ad performance.
  • Design and implement sounding experiments to test new strategies and improve campaign ROI.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the broader performance marketing and brand marketing teams to align social media advertising with overall brand and marketing objectives.
  • Explore and expand advertising efforts to other paid social channels such as Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure Luca Faloni remains at the forefront of social media advertising.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in scaling direct e-commerce revenues beyond €50M in revenue with padi social as a main channel
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and numbers.
  • Experience in setting up and managing experiments to optimise campaign performance.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
