We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Strategy & Development to join our client's team. In this senior role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the agency and driving ambitious growth. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling sales and marketing plans within the creative services industry and will be a charismatic, energetic leader who can inspire greatness in their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Analyze opportunities and trends, lead digital marketing campaigns, maintain brand positioning, and shape company culture.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships, lead new business pitches, manage existing client relationships, and implement strategies to increase client retention.
  • Team Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, mentor and coach team members, set performance goals, and track progress.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the creative design industry, stay updated on marketing and sales best practices, and network within the industry.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field within the creative design industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Global experience preferred.
  • UK Right to Work essential.
