Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential service providers, including dog walkers, home carers, and other professionals, to encourage them to subscribe to our platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact, delivering persuasive pitches, and finalizing subscriptions.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential home helpers and service providers via phone and email to introduce them to Home Help Hub.
  • Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to highlight the benefits of joining our platform, including increased visibility and client access.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and support to potential subscribers to foster positive relationships and promote our brand.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes to the management team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and feedback from service providers to assist in improving our platform and services.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting and managing time effectively across flexible working hours.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a start-up environment and contributing to its growth and success.
