Your New Role

As their Performance Optimisation Manager, you will be at the heart of their operations, leading the charge in optimising their EV charging infrastructure. Your journey will involve:


  • Asset Management: You'll develop and execute innovative strategies to maximize the efficiency and longevity of their EV charge point assets. By monitoring and analysing performance metrics, you'll identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our assets align with company goals.
  • Branding and Marketing: With your creative flair, you'll craft and maintain a compelling branding strategy for their EV charge points. You'll develop engaging promotional materials and campaigns, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities to keep us at the forefront of innovation.
  • Warranty Management: You'll oversee warranty processes, ensuring timely claims and repairs. Working closely with suppliers and manufacturers, you'll maintain compliance and swiftly resolve issues.
  • Payment Transactions: Your role will involve managing and optimising their payment processing systems for accuracy, security, and user convenience. By analysing transaction data, you'll uncover trends and enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Maintenance and Technical Support: Building strong relationships with maintenance and technical suppliers, you'll ensure top-notch service. You'll develop maintenance schedules and procedures to keep their EV charge points running smoothly and provide expert technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • User Experience: You'll gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve the EV charging experience. By implementing initiatives to enhance user interfaces, signage, and customer support, you'll ensure their charging stations are user-friendly, clean, and efficient.



Your Background

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EV charging market, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Stellar project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • An analytical mindset with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for sustainability and promoting clean energy solutions.
