Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead M365 cloud transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing projects across a variety of methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of project budgeting, resource allocation, and utilization. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring the optimal use of resources and maximising efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Methodology Adaptation: Employ a flexible approach to project management, applying Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies as per the project's requirements to ensure its success.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project budgets. Monitor and control expenses to ensure the project remains within financial bounds.
  • Resource Allocation and Utilization: Efficiently allocate and utilize resources, including personnel, tools, and technology, to achieve project objectives. Address and resolve resource allocation conflicts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with all project stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with project goals. Prepare and present regular reports on progress, risks, and adjustments needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage them effectively. Ensure risks are communicated to stakeholders with proposed mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance project outcomes.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate the project team to achieve productivity and engagement. Provide feedback and support for team development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Proven working experience (6+ years) as a Project Manager in a complex project environment.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Experience with project budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
