You will lead on all key decisions throughout the bar, with the support of the GONG- Assistant Bar Manager, preparing for exciting key events and important milestones throughout the year.

  • You have proven experience of operating within a high-volume luxury bar
  • Youre a natural leader, particularly with large teams, motivating and driving results throughout the day
  • You love to be on the floor, driven by those around you, creating an inspirational environment for both guests and colleagues
  • You have extensive experience in partnerships, to promote and drive the bars notoriety
  • You will have confidence in strategic planning to drive our ambition to place GONG in the top 50 bars across the globe
  • You will be accountable for the bars operational and revenue targets; therefore you will have great business and financial acumen is a plus
