Business Development Manager

Verotec is a family run business that design, manufacture & integrate electronic enclosures products for use in a number of different industries and applications. We also provide contract manufacturing services including metal fabrication, CNC machining, painting, printing, assembly, test and integration of electro-mechanical parts.
We are looking for one or two people to join our sales team to assist with growing the business, both with existing customers and new ones. We’re a small company, so this is very much a hands-on role; one that is both technical and commercial, and where you will be expected to deliver on all aspects of the sales cycle including:
Talking to customers and holding meetings
Costing & estimating jobs
Providing sales quotations
Offering technical support
Managing projects
Liaising with marketing, design & production staff
Ideally, the successful candidate will have electrical, mechanical and commercial knowledge. Industry knowledge in the field of 19” systems and electronic enclosures would be a bonus.
We are happy to consider both junior & senior applicants. Junior applicants that are looking to further their careers and may have some but not all of the required skills but are keen to learn should definitely apply
This is a full time, office based role.
Salary: £35K-£70K / year (depending on experience) + holiday entitlement, pension contribution & annual bonus
