Job Title: Claims Handler

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a caseload of Public Liability & Property Damage claims.
  • Maintain accurate data in the case management system.
  • Comply with client service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure high-quality service standards and productivity levels.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader


Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary.

  • Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
